Cathrine Disney

Cathrine Disney is a graduate of MA Material Futures at Central Saint Martins, London. She is an interdisciplinary artist, creative researcher and producer exploring the blurring boundaries and entangled relationship between materials, emerging technologies and the human species.
In the age of the biotechnological (r)evolution, dawn of the Anthropocentric epoch and current state of global politics; Cathrine is investigating what it means to be human in these uncertain times.
By creating emotive narratives of present, near and far futures through artefacts and immersive experiences, Cathrine intends to raise important questions about the ways in which we live in our contemporary consumer society.
